No, the Hydrobikes are very easy to pedal and maneuver. Pedalboards are very easy to steer and are super nimble, but they do require more balance than the bikes. Our experienced guides will be with you every step of the way to address any concerns you might have and to ensure you will have a fun and safe riding experience.
We provide a Coast Guard approved life vest, and we recommend that you wear comfortable clothes and require close toed shoes. Water shoes are available for purchase at our kiosk.
Yes, persons must be at least 5 feet tall and the maximum weight for hydrobikes is 280 and pedalboards 250.
Both our Hydrobikes and Hobie Mirage Eclipse Pedalboards have a cupholder for you to stay hydrated with a non-alcoholic beverage. The Hydrobikes also have a cubby to hold snacks, extra clothes, or whatever you need for a fun filled tour. Forgot to bring snacks? We offer snacks available for purchase at our kiosk.
